Ms Betty Ifeoma the lady who recently was accused of
locking up her 13 years old housemaid in a room and travelled out of Nigeria
have surrendered to the police.
The commissioner of police affirmed that She is a
staff of NNPC Lagos state and lives at No 30 Adeniran Ajao Estate Anthony in
Lagos where their team rescued miss Nkechi Oseh who have been in a room for
three days due to inhumane treatment from Ms betty.
In a statement released by the state police reads
that Ms Betty surrendered to the police yesterday November 24th
2017. She is currently been interrogated by the Human Right Section in Lagos
state.
She will be charged to court on Monday November 27th
2017.
The commissioner advised parents and guardians to
be guided when entrusting their children to people to avoid abuse and unnecessary
maltreatment.
