Billionaire kidnapper,
Chukwudubem Onwuamadike a.k.a Evans and two others pleaded not guilty in the
two court charges of conspiracy and kidnapping of Mr Dunu Donatus.
On the 30th
of August Evans and his accomplices pleaded guilty in Ikeja high court Lagos
state.
Today during
the proceedings at Ikeja high court three witnesses came to testify on their
behalf. An amended charge was brought by
the prosecutorswhich was read to the defendants which declared them not guilty.
