Anja Ringgren Loven, Danish aid worker and her team have
restored the hope of a 10 years old girl who was abandoned and left alone to
die on the street of Akwa Ibom by her family and relative due to allegedly
witchcraft.
Love is the founder of
the Children Aide Education and Development (ACAEDF) Akwa Ibom took to her
Facebook page to share this touching story this morning promising Nigerians
that Deborah will be taken very good care of with the best Education and all
life have to offer.
"Say hi to this beautiful angel? Her name is Deborah, 10
years only. She was brought to “Land of Hope” last night by the local police.
She was abandoned by her family and left to die on the street, but because of
the good cooperation we have established with the Akwa Ibom police over the years,
Deborah is now safe at “Land of Hope” where she will receive love and care, and
next week she will start school
“Deborah, we
already love you and we will make sure your future is full of hope and happiness”.
