Kate Ude 32 year’s old married woman took her marital matters
to the court because she can no longer tolerate it. She told the court to nullify
a marriage of four years due to the malfunction of her husband’s manhood.
She accused her husband Michael of inconsistence erection and
if it manages to become erect his ejaculates within few seconds.
Kate alleged that Michael Ude did not tell her his health
statues before marrying her. The annoying part was the fact that Michael’s
younger brother represented him during our traditional marriage. He made
himself scare so I wouldn’t have access to him until the wedding was over.
Kate cried out in pain saying that it was at that Registry
that she knows some vital information about him.
Michael denied all the allegation when cross examined by the
petitioner Lawyer Mr Ishaka .
“ The non erection of
my manhood is not regular because I am not always in the mood when she wants to
have sex. I don’t use any enhancement drugs for sex as she alleged”. Michael
said
He said she had walked out of the marriage for months but
came back and left again
Justice Venda adjourned the case to 6th February 2018.
