Reasons why your plans should not Revolve around your job

The only defense in office politics is to control the playing field, to do this you have to be the boss. You don’t only need to run the show you have to own the show.

Jobs are good but owning something for you is better. The reason some people stick to a job is because they prefer the easy, safe and the fastest way. Everybody needs bulk money, nobody came to the world to suffer that is always their languages but creating something of value can be very difficult especially when no one believes in you but the way you sell what you value will determine how they will value it. Life is a function of our value system, when there is a calculated communication of what you value then what you value can become what everyone else values.

No business idea is small; it is a man’s approach towards that business idea that makes is ordinary or small.  The word approach is your value system. Your value system is what determines how you will act all the days of your life. The reason why you have spent 50 years working in a company without creating something for yourself is simply because your value system has found rest in the world of mediocre.

In the world Mediocre there exist the best brains in the world those who failed because of fear of unknown, family pressure and economic situations of their country etc. Faith is an everyday recipe. It’s something everyone needs to excel in life. for instance the wife you got married to, do you know her except by the things she tells you, yet you believe in her, you drive out or use a public transport everyday without knowing if they driver is sick yet you still use them. This is faith you believe in them because you just have to, it is same as Business.

Business is an everyday communication between buyers and sellers. In life you’re either buying or you’re selling something. What are you selling? Some people are selling their great talent and skills to a job that does not care about them. The truth is that no job cares about you but every job needs you and your services to grow.

Americans are very smart people, you know why? Their job system takes care of all your physical needs thereby making you forget your value system; it encourages you to use your ideas to make profit for them. They make the big world a very small place just because they understand that the moment they advertise the easy way for you by buying your comfort then you sell your ideas and value system to them. That’s why they love black people.

Ideas are powerful, it’s the strongest gift anyone can have if nurtured. It can turn your life around in a second; it is the light that makes you a master of darkness. If ideas are walls the love you have for that idea is the ladder.

Sometimes some folks narrate to me how much they love their job, how much they’re paid etc they forget that no job pays you higher than what you make for them that’s the secret behind office or job promotion. They promote you based on your selling capacities, investment strategy (ideas) and profitability. People hardly become managers overnight, some business ethics have it that you must create or work for your money because the dutiful are the beautiful.

Reasons why your plans shouldn’t revolve around your job

Time: Time is no respecter of person; it’s not a thing of class, gender or age. It’s something that has been fixed by divinity to discipline men. It’s understand that fact that nothing works outside discipline. To trade time is to trade life, the number of time you trade or control is central to how much money you make. It is the distance between you and your work. While you’re useful (working) for some company, get useful for yourself because the world moves and change in business is constant. No good business employs one strategy; they keep trying new things everyday what then happens if your criteria do not correlate with the new plan? Trade time wisely it is the biggest aspect of your value system.

 

Experience: Based on my research I have discovered that most people who retired or lost their job always continue with what they used to do while in their previous office because they claim is where they have gained experience. You don’t gain experience from a job but you gain experience from what you do in life. Experiences you get from jobs are limited and sometimes false because you cannot bring the whole world into the small corners of your office. The world is bigger than that. Stop feeding yourself with lies and get real with the world because that’s where your treasures are hidden.

No control:  the worst place to work is the sole proprietorship (one man business) there is no hope my sisters and brothers. Plans change without your consent regardless of your positions in that office. People get sacked without proper notifications or reasons with their hilarious language “If you don’t do it many people are waiting to do it”. Your services are not valued because they always have an alternative. If you cannot control your financial plan, you cannot control your freedom and if you cannot control your freedom you cannot control your financial plans. It is either safety of security in a job.

Retrace the source of millionaire money and you will find millions of something. Poor choices are the leading of poorness; develop a subconscious mind-set for wealth because you cannot attract what you despise. You can never be wealthy while working for someone. It’s not a competition but it’s the truth. Get your head down and discover what works for you.
