Evans; The Nigeria Billionaire Kidnapper Sues The police, demand N100 Million On Infringement Of His Rights.

The Billionaire Kidnapper by name Chukwuadmen Onwuamadike a.k.a Evans On Monday told the federal high court in Lagos to order his immediate release from the police custody. 

 

Mr Ogedi Ogu who is his right campaigner demands N100 million on the infringement of his rights and an apology from the police for the detention of Mr Chukwuadmen.

In the Affidavit sworn by his younger sister, Mrs Nkem Nwaka claimed that her brother have been denied access to medications, family and lawyers because he was kept in police custody for more than three months without any charge. She also stated that this is against his fundamental human right as guaranteed under section 35(4) and 36(4) (5) of the 1999 constitution.
