Get enough sleep: as your body changes due to your work out you need to get at least 7 to 8 hours sleep at night. It helps you perform better during your workouts.
Balance diet: mind what you eat daily because it will decide how fast you get it. Make smart food choices by reducing the amount of sugar and avoiding processed food (feed more on vegetables and fruits)
Drink plenty of water: drink at least 85 ounces of water per day it helps replace the fluid in order to flush out the toxins out of your body.
Exercises that enhances hourglass figure
Get into a squat position with your leg standing a bit more than your hips-width apart
Slowly lower yourself until your thighs parallel to the ground
While going back into the standing position, kick to the left side with your left leg.
Squat down again and then slowly get back up kicking to the right side.
